Free Alcoholism Hotlines in North Dakota.
In a 2018 study published by USA Today titled America’s Drunkest States, North Dakota was at the very top of the list, ranked 1st. According to the study, 24.7%% of ND adults reported excessive drinking in the last month. That’s nearly one of every four adults. Worse yet, an overwhelming 46.7% of all in-state fatal automobile accidents involved alcohol. No other US state has binge drinking rates or DWI death rates as high.
